Day 1: Kabyayi - Nyanza - Huye

Early morning departure from Kigali.

09:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Visit Kabyayi Mission

Explore the historic Catholic Church mission established in 1905.
Visit the oldest cathedral in Rwanda and learn about the Catholic seminaries, schools, and hospital.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Transfer to Nyanza

Continue the journey to Nyanza, the ancient royal capital of the Kingdom of Rwanda.

12:00 PM – 01:30 PM: Visit the Traditional Palace of Mwami Rudahigwa

Tour the traditional palace of Mwami Rudahigwa, the first Rwandan king to be baptized.
